Help: Rainmeter Skins • Can a container by changed in size by actiontimer plugin

I gave it a first try, but my results equaled the same as if I didn't try (nothing happened).

I just wanted a clearer picture as containers are mentioned in the shape section but there wasn't much for changing them dynamically with actiontimer, or a looping measure.

I am leaning on less effort for the looper but then again perhaps neither option will work.
