Could someone tell me what's wrong please.

For instance there is no bang to activate a config. The value of the Config variable is set properly (as yourself figured this out), however this variable is nowhere used. !ActivateConfig bang don't exist, even if would be needed to activate a config. So this skin can't activate configs.
